MOBILE FITTING

Here at Stealth Performance we hope to make your life as easy as possible. That’s why if you purchase any of our products that require professional fitting, such as our hard wired vehicle trackers, we will find a time and place best suited to you to fit these - but don’t worry there’s no extra charge as this is already included in the price of the trackers. We can also fit some of our other products that do not require professional fitting, such as the Rapid Bike modules or some of our security products that you can find in our package deals. These fittings do incur an extra fee on top of the product price listed.

So you have purchased something that requires this service, what happens next?

By this time, I’m sure you would have already spoken to a member of our team to book you in for a time and place suitable for you, so that’s pretty much all you have to do. No really, it’s that easy. We will arrive for the arranged time, have a 5 minute chat while we run you through everything and get you to sign off on our inspection sheet. Once the fitting is completed, we will talk through how the product works, get you to sign off our job sheet, hand over any necessary paperwork and be on our way.

There are a few different ways we can take payment for some of our services, which will all be specified within the item description of each product.

  • Full payment taken on the website for the product you purchase, then either a payment link sent to you for fitting costs, or cash or card on the day of fitting.

  • We also offer other payment options to help you spread the cost to your choosing.

There’s just a few things we would appreciate that you could do for us before your fitting.

For motorcycles

  • Please make sure your fuel tank is empty as it will most likely need removing.

  • We would appreciate if your bike is clean - this mainly being for any off road / adventure bikes so its easier for us to work on. For an additional fee, we can provide a cleaning service if you don’t have time to do this yourself.

  • Please have the correct payment method, if this is required.

Cancellation Policy

Customers are required to provide at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellation of the installation. Failure to do so will result in a partial refund. If cancellation notice is not given within 24 hours or less, no refund will be issued.

Rescheduling Policy

Customers are required to provide at least 48 hours' notice for rescheduling installations. Failure to do so will result in a fee of up to £200. If a rescheduling notice is not given within 24 hours or less, a £250 fee will be added to the cost of installation, and this fee will be non-refundable.
